Was wondering when these will start and how many people will be able to participate in the beginning. I’m assuming we will be able to join these because in the status update and the quote where you mentioned the small scale tests. I’ll leave the quote below for reference.  any new information on this? Or any on the beta? Thanks

Good for you man. I’ve been waiting since March of 2017. So hearing “soon” for almost two years is well infuriating at times. But I do appreciate the time they have taken on the game to make it work for the console and especially after seeing the sorceress video run in 60fps.

if xbox one S will not be 60 frames then xbox one X will probably not

They record the gameplay videos on a Xbox one x so we should get 60fps if the video is in 60. I could watch it in 1080p 60fps I think someone else said they watched in 4k60

It is "Dev kit xbox one x "have 24 gb ram. 6.6 teraflop tb1 ssd

I will be happy if I get 60 frames per second, but with xbox one's "s" may be worse, it may be that by "s" "x" will not get 60 fps per second

that's a movie on yt. it's 60 frames per second and 4k does not mean that the game works like that

Getting the Black Desert engine to work on Xbox One has been relatively straightforward... Xbox One S... 1080p 30 FPS... Xbox One X... 2160p 30 FPS... Our targets are easily achieved out in the open field, but in high population areas we've had some difficulty managing these numbers... We are still working on optimizing the game, so that we can provide a better gaming experience for our users. This means these numbers are definitely subject to change... We were very impressed by what the Xbox can offer at its price point.

Then PC-Gaming is always unfair. That's just how it is: You invest Money in Hardware so your Games run better

on the pc, yes, everyone has different configurations
but on the console it's a different issue, the mulitiplayer must be compatible with one version, unless every multiplayer game on the console has the same fps
otherwise it would be an advantage over weaker consoles

If you want to run BDO on max setting buy a monstrous PC or buy a cheaper PC and satisfy yourself with medium settings.

Same with the console, if you just want to run the game play it on OG or S. If you want to have best Xbox experience go with the X. 

I'm a happy Xbox One X owner btw...

Battlefield runs better on X but there is no advantage.. just a smoother gameplay.

it's only about frames per second, bdo. on xbox one X it will look nicer, but it is a multiplayer game will not get more frames per second you understand?

They aren't aiming for 60 anymore. They said it in Dev notes. Unless something has changed ofc

Battlefield is a multiplayer game which runs better in terms of FPS on Xbox One X. Do your homework before stating your "facts".

Simon recently said when asked about 1080p in 60fps that we could figure it out for ourselves if we watched the videos because they are recorded on the Xbox one x. And the sorceress gameplay video is in 60fps. And that was said after that dev note. It was under the “Simon” thread. asked it

im itching to see if I can find any bugs like I did when Tera released on xbox. I still got the list on my laptop kek.

That **** was so buggy during the beta.

Plus I wonder if we'll get like PEN gear to test WB or pvp etc.

eso runs better on the xbox one x than on the original xbox. did u even bother to look before u asked?? before the x came out in large battles the fps would drop to what felt like 5fps but after the x the frames stay up in large scale fights with very little to no stuttering and fps drops. there is still lag with skills and such but thats not related to the console and the fps stay up the whole time. the same cant be said for the other consoles.

From my personal experience, in ESO, Warframe and the Division, the one x vastly outperforms the one s in every category. I don't really care what some supposed "expert" says, I can see it with my own eyes and that's all that matters to me. Does it give an advantage? I would say yes as frames stay at higher rate and allows me to play/shoot more accurately. Small scale pvp like in Destiny and Overwatch, I don't think there's an advantage but in massive games, definitely.

Yup as a Xbox X user I want 60 FPS.So I haress I mean asked  whenever I can and he confirms it.

Our small scale test has been running for a few days. We weren't going to show much, but I got a few pictures from people giving it a go at home (now on twitter/fb/insta). I ran it on an S, a few others have X's. Few things to work on but for right now, we're pleased with how its running

The selection criteria for this test was incredibly small, but I'm hoping to get it expanded for the next round to include people here. I really wanted to play with you guys, but this time around it just wasn't in my power to do so.
