I've been trying to get this working for a few days and nothing is working.

Im on the NA server, my forum account page says everything is done, yet when I attempt to link my account the game tells me that my account dosen't exist.

I've tried the signup button on the main page and that just tells me my email address is not available so I can't make an account that way. The main sign in page doesn't even recognize my account I'm posting from now.

Your forum account and the account for the main website are separate accounts.

In that case why can I not sign into or even make a new account?

Maybe there is an issue with the main site atm, you should be able to use the same email address I have the same for mine.

Well I finally managed to make my account on the main page, either it was fixed at some point today or my phones google chrome is to blame. Just used the edge app on my xbox and everything seems to work now. Sorry for the bother, and thanks for the help. --Momentai :3

Is it too late to link the account for the pet hawk? I'm still having issues with it, as in I can't find where to link it. I found it the first day but I have forgotten lol. During that time, it said invalid so I gave up. I hope it's not too late! I would like to try to link it again

I may be wrong but I thought I read that we had till April 2nd to link it.

Also remember a few days ago a Community Manager saying that there had been an issue in EU with linking accounts. At the time he said it would be fixed quickly. Not sure if that was related.

can't link account in the EU just says wrong password or invalid account

The April 2nd sounds familiar, I think you're right. I was able to link on NA finally! Maybe it was due to my fault idk
