This is about investigating a petrified worker(gain knowledge) to complete the quest. It's been an hour and I still don't get the required knowledge. I think this quest it bugged.

Can someone let the GM know about this?

This knowledge has a 3'5% chance to obtain on every kill. Just be patient and kill... 

I recommend you to "googling" the name of the mission/knowledge and/or go to bddatabase.net or bdcodex.com and try to see the comments. Sometimes it should help you.
