What is the plan on the enhancement system in the xbox version?

The same as vanilla pc is my bet

Actually there is. Mobile version has a different enhancement system as well. They can see the percentages of enhancement. Also a lot more forgiving.

Hey I hope you're right. I'll believe it when I see it though.

the mobile enhancement is so much better
it gives steady results still has rng to it but you can adjust the rng by yourself all the way to no more rng

its sad how so many players left the game because they blew up their gear and left with nothing after years of playing on pc

I assume, the enhancement system will be completely different from a pc version and a mobile version, I also want to know how changes will apply on a console version.

Maybe we'll get a video of it like they just did with the character customisation, that's if it's any different from the PC version

That would be amazing

I understand the pc gear upgrade is too much, but I hope they don’t make it too easy and turn black desert into another “casual player” friendly version that gets boring fast.

Exactly. It can't be too easy, but not too hard either. People will leave and thats not the goal. A middle ground needs to be made.

I agree. I want it to be hard asf to get good gear, but i dont want to to rely super heavily on rng.

Pc fail stacks seem awkward to me and i hear in mobile its better.

why not
achiving BiS base gear is already hard enough
i wouldnt mind turning bdo into a more casual friendly mmo everyone can play in a way where it isnt a requirement  to sell your soul to enjoy lategame content such as nodewars and pvp

personal i never felt like that winning a fight because of outgearing or outlevel a opponent is much rewarding...
all i can think off is that fat guy from southpark sitting in his basement pulling off sick grinding sessions to reck some children   cringe
the fight becomes more interesting when you face a equal opponent so when you lose it you can go later on to forums and shitpost about it

Even more so on that idea, I think it would be nice to see them build more PvP content to fill the void of not having as much stuff to do like factions, 5v5 team based modes, competitive small scale enviorments or even create new game modes for people to enjoy.

but yes this is what i would like to see instead of fighting the same person in arena every day 
basicaly lategame right now: enchant your gear until you leave the game over it

Exacctly rofl. I've been stressing more things to do need to happen. More content like that would provide players with a lot more fun activity with friends and really help the PvP scene, and can even attract more players to the game if the enhancement system is changed at the same time. All of these factors will bring a more healthy progression, and playerbase with things to do with others. i remember that post
they are still busy with the changes to CC and the class balance 
ive read somewhere that the enchantment overhaul is postponed after they finish this
best thing would be to release it before or along with xbox version
cos if they dont i think we wont see a change of it any time soon on xbox
