Noice watch, glad to see Pearl Abyss working hard and constantly improving this game. I feel as if they genuinely care about the game they're working on, people need to be more positive ?

They care because bdo is very popular rn, and they don't have any other games as good as this mmo.

Looks like the Xbox version will also be getting this update with the only diffrace being of course the grafics

Well, yeah...

Hopefully with technology moving that this is why Xbox version is taking so long. Hoping Xbox version is more or less the remastered version. Not to even compare to a high end PC but no reason not to have authentic cloth movement, water, lighting etc when so many other games on Xbox can nail this already.

Sounds like the new story will be the Xbox one so hoping the rest is gonna be out in place.

After watching the stream and, talking to other players/friends on discord/reddit.. the hype is real for these updates and is going to be very nice breath of fresh air for BDO. I'm definitely excited and looking forward to it! ?

 will we have an option to use the older graphics instead of remastered? I know streamers are saying it’s very intensive.

This was announced a year ago for Xbox. We will get this update at launch. Simon confirmed that on twitter

Yeah, but I meant, how far are they with implementing this  ( like if they are still working on it, or it's done/not started)

Tbh it’s probably done. They stuff they shown in the remaster showcase was from what we’ve already been seeing on the Xbox videos... like the e3 trailer. There were a few more things that we’ve already seen as well. I’m hoping since the remastered stuff is done now our game will come out sooner than later now. Seems like we’ve been waiting for our game because of this and other reasons of course. But pc is getting the new UI that we’ve been told they had to redo for console. That's good news actually I was a bit pessimistic thinking we would get let's call it BDO 1.0 and everyone else would be moving on to this greener 2.0. I'm okay with it not looking as "sharp" because details in this day in age are very minor. Take any comparison video of a Xbox one x vs PC screen shot and they look damn identical. I don't think visually it will be different with this news and that makes me happy. It's more of an fps match up than anything else.
