Hello everyone, i recieved my beta access email last thursday and it was written that im denied due to my age? It mentioned anyone below the age of 13 or so cant be accepted. Im 20 years old, and I used my own personal email which reads im 20 or 21 on that email. Is there a way I can appeal the denial?

You were not denied access it was letting everyone know that if your under the age of 13 in NA and 16 in EU you cannot join the beta. As another person said after I helped them realise what the email was saying, it's a disclaimer not a rejection

Not only is this a new topic to a existing one that you no way in hell couldn't have missed but seriously what did you all do in school esp. addressing this to the individuals who say they'r 16+ or even worse, 20+ and are native English speakers, I mean how ... just how did you get a job in the real world if you cant read a simple email and like it or not but I can say this shi* as I'm a Russian living in Latvia and English is my 2. language  T^T  but fofluffsake even I read it and understood it e_e  yes I had to read it twice in order to confirm that this was not a denial for Beta and that's all you had to do read it twice if you got a bit confused I mean if you get so messed up over a small email how are you all going to manage to play the game what has a fk tone more of English in it  *-* <-- hyped to know your secret.

Excuse me? This is my first beta ever. No need to be an ass. Its far from my fault or the "idiots" that community managers cant seem to word things correctly.

To be fair it was worded correctly. People think they know it all so they don't read things completely. Not to mention no one goes back and re-reads things to understand. It could have been worded better but understand they are working out of S. Korea and English isn't most of their first languages.

Oh I completely understand that, im in no way trying to bash any of the employees. Id certainly have a hard time wording or even speaking english if it wasent my first.

There are a lot of things that can go wrong in translating or writing things. Re-reading it now I can see the confusion, but when I first read it I read it slowly, and I understood it. At a first glance, that 'unfortunately' sets the tone for the whole email, when it wasn't supposed to. Live and learn
