Well I'd say its mostly the core (regulars) that reside in here, as you rarely see a new name pop up on forum page and even than they make 1-3 posts and puff as they came they disappear and  that is as well what made me a bit worried on EU Branches BL's discord as the recruitment rate on it so as its activity is what made me to consider NA Branch.

Do games really have less population in EU server on Xbox? I know on PC games it's usually about the same

Bro Xbox is nothing compare to PlayStation in eu 

 You have to consider that the game is still not available. And nothing concret was said by developers itself so I would wait before taking a decision

The only thing that sucks about that is you will have high latency : (

The biggest issue with Xbox on eu is the communication. Sony is like omnipresent in comparaison. But it doesn’t mean eu servers will be empty. Of course na are more since it’s the main country for Xbox.
