can I use my email since I can't change my email on my Xbox live... (or I don't know how)

if I can I prefer to buy a new GPu then a new Xbox one X... its cheaper to get GPU xD

if you want to play in paro mode you gona need a nvidea GTX 1080 | AMD RX vega 64
and at least a intel i7
