there is no news of the update ... but I see 4 hours in maintenance, that's a long time to not add anything new

It is the standard block of time they use for maintenance regardless of the amount of content added

Occasionally, they will tweet that the maintenance has finished earlier but typically it's four hours with or without content update.

They may be introducing some core client fixes that are not related to the content. 
 

I hope you get something but keep your expectations low so you don't get disappointed.

Well just changes you'd notice. 

They could still add data that is needed to future updates.

4 hours to do nothing. They should hire new devs. Those are not worth the money apparently. 3rd fail. Lucky this isnt baseball or they would of Striker'd out!!! Oh they did.

I believe it's spelled Struck out. And they did say they fixed some known issues besides just added events

Everytime the same issue... AHHHH no pls dont shut down the servers for maintanance, i have to stay in valencia for 3 hours and then i walk to sand grain in look into my storage...  pls let them maintanance once a week and we have the chance that the game is running better and better from patch to patch... its not death to you if you cant play 4 hours once a day every 2 weeks or so, isnt it?

It's called server maintenance & happens with pretty much every MMO that has a reasonably large playerbase on a weekly basis. 

They don't have to tell you exactly what they're doing every time it happens and for your information sometimes they don't roll out server maintenance each week.

Chill dude, weekly resets are needed in all large games. Clearing logs, applying server side fixes etc. It does unload the server and it is a good thing.
