Can someone tell me why the gate of the castle is closed in the Valencia quest series? I can not complete the quest by doing this.

You need to circle the hill the castle stands on and find a cave.

But with my other chars the gate was open. That's the thing I don't understand.

You can either switch servers until it opens or there is a cave entrance on the left side wall (left side of gate)
