Pearl abyss is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with Their customer service is terrible and the way they're running is greedy and horrible it's not the players fault that they couldn't get their launch in order so threatening to ban people's accounts or forcing them to buy more money when they could very easily just take the stuff away from the account as very sleazy and even when I was ready to buy the pearls after getting a refund now I can't connect to the game at all

I have had very good reponses from the GM's they are not as bad as you think

Well if you use the **** that wasn't yours expect to repay that is common sense but it seems some have lost it 

They are most generous Devs you ever find in any game. Be real mate
