Prior to the patch I was running the game perfectly well with very little noticeable pop-in, texture loading, or without having to deal with the black silhouette NPCs.

Now since the most recent patch, the pop-in & texture loading is extremely slow and noticeable and the silhouette NPC issue has increased significantly. Has anyone else noticed this? Wasn't that patch supposed to help towards removing this problem and not making it worse?

I'm running a PS4 Pro with a SSD. Upgrading to a SSD fixed the issue previous and it was amazing, it ran perfectly and I was thrilled. However since this weeks patch the problem is back and much much worse than before I upgraded my PS4 Pro.
