Not sure how many people keep up to date with the PC version of BDO but from the latest patch notes there is maintenance on April 11th. Perhaps this is also preparation for the Xbox version of the game.
All just speculation but let me know your thoughts.

Yeah this is true, but considering its just after an event I want to believe they are getting ready for the Xbox servers.

Every single patch where something changes in the game, lets say a class changes or they tweaked something, every week, will eventually culminate into the game we will get. No matter how big or small. Everything PC has we should have. Unless it is KR exclusive.
