After the new patch 26/08, is the horse race quest in game? If so, where do i get it in Mediah? Thanks.

I assume you need that quest for the 2nd part of the secret quest?  On console it isnt available still so cant progress the questline.. Some people claim to have finished the questchain but how? I guess they're just trolling

Assign the quest will be available on console would the intro of the special Race Horses.

Can't Race without those Horses I'm sure.
