I'm reposting here since community support seems to be a bit of a ghost town.

After reading the announcement that it's now time to pre-create Winter characters, I thought I'd have a go, but I seem to have a bit of a problem.

There are plenty of guides out there showing how to do this on a PC but none for the PS4. I've created the character but there seems to be no way of declaring it as a seasonal character.

On the PC there is a checkbox, but on the PS4 there is nothing apart from the standard character or the trial character.

Can any kind soul please tell me how on earth do I make the character seasonal?

I've Googled this but the "best" answers either say "there is no precreation on PS4" or link to how to do it on PC.

1. Log into your account and head to the character creation screen.
2. Create a new character as usual, and you should be able to choose between "Standard" or "Trial" for the character type.
3. After you've created your character, exit to the main menu.
4. Once you're back at the main menu, select 'Seasons' from the main options. It will show you all available seasonal events.
5. From here, select the season you want to join, and your character will be converted into a seasonal one, which you can then use to progress through that particular seasonal challenge or event.
