Currently on Console BDO, I don't believe there is a way to transfer any outfit piece from one character to another of the same class after said piece has been equipped. I think this should be incorporated into the game, especially since season servers are becoming more prominent. For instance, with the sage and nova leveling up events, we received exclusive special rewards (the glowing eyes and the ice crown) for leveling them up, but with seasons now available, it offers a better means to grow a character. However, if I were to create or have used a Nova or Sage as a season character, I would not be able to transfer the ice crown nor the glowing eyes respectfully to the seasonal characters (even if they were to graduate and become normal characters). This is because once you equip an outfit piece on a character, it becomes character bound. This is also applicable to Pearl Outfit Pieces (helmet, armor, etc.). Personally, I would like to see us being able to transfer these pieces over to another character, at least a character of the same class, especially when there is a limited amount of character slots available to an account based on the number of classes present in the game. For Season +, I would like to create seasonal characters based on classes I already own to offer them a better means for growth, but I don't necessarily want to repurchase or delete the character bound outfit pieces, especially when I already purchased the outfits (pearl outfits) and went through the effort to obtain them through events (leveling up events like the sage's and nova's for the glowing eyes and ice crown).
