Some background, I have wanted to get into BDO for a long time now. It's graphically beautiful, the combat looks so different from any other MMO I have played (really have ever only got into ESO), and there seems to be a million different things to do.

However, every time I have tried to get into, I play for about 30 minutes before feeling completely and utterly overwhelmed. There is a lot going on with the UI, the list of combos you can use for combat confuses me, and I don't really understand what it is I should be try https://19216801.onl/ing to accomplish (I know that 30 minutes in your options are limited, but still). https://routerlogin.uno/

I have looked around for full walkthroughs, since I figured watching someone else play and b eing able to follow along for the first few hours would be helpful, but everything I have found is either 5+ years old, or just a veo with "tips and tricks" that tend to not be relevant until well after the part I stop at.

So my question is, are there any gues or resources available that could help me get past the first ~3 hours of the game and into a point where I at least have a direction I can go in?

Just focus on doing the main story quests and levelling and gearing up for starters. YouTube some noob guides for your class to get an idea of some combos. Everything else will come in time. Don't worry much about life skills or any of that stuff, you'll get into it eventually.

I think what tim is saying is these game needs something simple that will teach the new comers on the olvia servers about the basics on everything if they wanted to know about  and i know the have recommend quest that do that but do you remember when you first started this game most people didn't know there head from toe., and yes i know there is such thing as google but point out by tim it's ether out of date or doesnt relate to the console. The progression pass is great but it still doesn't teach the basics on what to press and how to access certain menus.

You can join our guild it’s very friendly and I’ll also be happy to give the most important does and do nots and also give you a head start in regards to gaining knowledge, energy, conquest points and how to spend those conquest points in order to increase storage space, set up workers and build up resources to level life skills like cooking, alchemy and processing etc!

To answer the initial question; no, there is no guides out there that are new comer friendly that teach you the fundamental basics, only guides that presume you know the basics and how to best utilise them!
