I spent nearly a month grinding to buy the Oquilla armor reform stone and accidentally exchanged for a weapon reform stone. Is there a way to refund them? I have Pen weapons already so the Oquilla sky crystal is just sitting in my inventory completely useless.

Same problem happened to me, Can I revert the exchange at Jetina to get back my 70 oquilla piece of old moon, I did not mean to get the SKY gem I already have 1 unused. made the mistake twice =(
