I think you need to work on adding the BDO game to the PS Plus subscription, like it is done in the Gamepass subscription.
This will attract new players, which will help the game.

It's a good idea, but they should wait until they have a PS5 version and put that up there. Otherwise, they're likely to create a counterproductively bad impression. 

Honestly at this point, they just need to make it free to play. The cash shop is the main bread winner of the game. 

And there are so many starter packs for the game..

That is not helpful, friend. You are free to stop playing if you don't like it anymore. But you cannot say something is correct if it reflects only your (and maybe some more people's) opinion. I do not agree with this statement.
