For years my dad searched for the function to search NPC specifically on Console we play Xbox, I had a Weekly that had me searching for a specific NPC via the Find Npc function well we both googled everywhere watched videos you name it only thing we could find was how to search on pc well that is NOT the same on console and to our knowledge everyone said it was not possible. Well I FOUND IT. So for everyone who is looking for the same function and can't find the answer here is how you can search for NPC's and stuff BY NAME. Go into your Wheel settings the customizable cogs you can get there from the main menu and add the Find NPC icon to one of those slots. It has a picture of a Man's Silloute (Head) with a Magnifying Glass when you use that it will open up the Nearby NPC box the box where for xbox you would click X is a text box type in the name and from there it will tell you where they are located. problem solved.
