When I use any moves camera is stretched and flips

Any time I do a move with Camera Effects on even on 1 (1-100) the camera flips upside down rapidly and stretches, also when I run full blur. I have reinstalled twice and I want the camera effects on I like them. Anyone know how to help please ?
