So when BDO came out it was sold as a PvP game, a game where basically endgame is PvP.

You fight over resources (grind spots), nodewars, seige etc.

It seems Pearl Abyss are doing everything in their power to destroy this and I don't understand why, they took away black robe man, the old dec system, made Karma a ridiculous grind to go positive and then to top it off we got this Nodewar and acc/dr/eva changes which are awful with the relayed messege of "it'll be ok".

Well, it's not OK is it.

Pearl Abyss stated one of the reason for the changes to DR/ACC/EVA was "people were complaining they were dying too quickly and that eva was too overtuned". so they decided to make DR horrendously op even worse than what a eva meme was, made it so gearlettes might aswell not bother pvping open world or do uncapped and took away any consequential punishment for not knowing how to effectively move, stay protected and know your class.

Was this because people couldn't be bothered to grind 200B per pen accuracy? Because eva was killable even a meme and getting CC'd or grabbed was a punishment which meant death, yes on some classes eva was a bit silly and I maintain the opinion that nothing should be super tanky AND do damage, but come on you can't say this is better surely??

The ongoing pattern seems to be in my opinion, just taking away any consequences, you can grind on someone's spot without consequence unless you want to go red and grind 40 hours to go positive. 

You can talk mad trash to people in world chat without consequences of being hunted down via black robe man.

You have no consequences when you get CC'd because everyone is so tanky so they just get back up.

You have no consequences for not being organised in nodewar as its just a rng thing now with the rewards being a buff to grind more circles (woo?)

Pearl Abyss seem to be oblivious to the fact that a small percentage left BDO console because of content issues but the main reason lots of people left is simply because...this isn't the game we signed up for anymore, they've taken away the foundations that made this game unique and fun and made it boring, instead of adding content they've removed content or made changes NOBODY asked for that made the game fun.

Call me deluded but there was a time I believed PA strongly cared about console...hear me out...

I understood that content was difficult to put out because of old gen and unless people were max gearscore they didn't really have the right to complain about lack of content 90% of console players don't have the gear for dehkia etc soooooo why you moaning?

GM/CM's used to constantly interact with the console community, they were doing something more or less everyday and responding to feedback.

Anytime we try to give PA feedback now we're silenced, why? I understand if someone is trolling, but this is literally what is happening in THERE game, eternal winter isn't going to fix it, that graph they looked at where it showed the population nose diving after heidel ball and then pulled a peice of content out of thin air to compensate won't do alot, yes...of course we want content, but at this point, we're getting a labraska to do what with? We can tank God right now? Majority of people play uncapped because capped is literally unplayable, nobody dies... the fact they lowered the requirements for stormtrooper etc says it all.

So where do we go from here? Because spamming A or X for 2 hours whilst getting through cut scenes and god knows what else to get labraska isn't the answer there graph will spike...then nose dive again and even futher in September and let's be honest *whisper* the games dead.

I personally can sniff hard copium dealing with the lag and the fps issues etc because frankly im used to it lol, but the direction the game is going in? HARD NOPE.

PA if you read this, I personally don't have a vendetta against you, and anything said in this post just comes from love for your game and the disappointment and sadness of watching a dying star accelerated by 100000000 fold.
