since around 2 months I experience the following (XBox Series X):

Transport character:

1) Use the destination - ok

2) choose character to switch on - ok

3) pressing "transport" - the dots rotate, rotate,rotate...... either you wait forever or restart the game. It is not possible to leave this screen. Only closing the game is possible

4) restart the game and the transport works (dots rotate 2-3 times and the transport happens)

- this I experience almost every time I want to transport a character from city a to city b

This has been tested internally and there was no issue with transporting the character on multiple console devices.

thanks for your answer and for making some tests.

I did not submit an inquiery yet as in most other cases I was asked for a video that I could not deliver for several reasons. 

I posted here because I wanted to know if other people experienced the same problem.

For me it started with the Winter Pre-Update as the event black spirit adventure came into the game.

Additionally I can say, I have more then one account on my xbox and switch between them. Also I frequently switch between my characters.

The transportation "try" is mostly made after some hours of playing. So I guess if you play "normal" (without frequently character switching) it will not appear.

After restarting the game, all works fine again, but I also had again this problem after some character switches.

It is not so easily to reproduce. For me it seems very frequently because I use this function not after loggin in but after some hours of playing. That's the reason why I wrote "Almost every time".

I will look again into it and try this short after loggin in some times. And I would really be happy to know if there are other people that experience this issue also.
