Has anyone figured out the best way to level up efficiently in Black Desert on console? I’ve been trying different strategies, but I’m looking for tips on maximizing XP gains, especially in the mid-level range. Any suggestions or guides would be greatly appreciated! paybyplate

Polly's Forest was awesome for me in mid-levels, lots of mobs and decent silver too. Make sure you pop XP scrolls and food buffs! tag unblocked

My strategy:

1) Start in balenos until Rednose, then take the shortened questline

2) Up to level 20 go to Castle Cron

from now use all scrolls/food you have

3) Level 20-30 swamp fogans (minutes)

4) level 30-40 Khurutos

5) level 40-50 Catfishman

6) level 50-56 Helm (inside the cave, they are stronger and you can sell your trashloot in the deep)

7) Awakening Quest

8) If it should continue efficiently you need Chenga Tome Foliant

9) level 56-58 Valencia questline including every sidequest you get. I reach level 58 before I reach gahaz bandits that way. The Foliant boost your xp getting from quests

10) level 58 reached, I go to Kamasilvia, following main quest. Also most side quests. Most give 1.3% for the level. You reach fast level 59.

11) level 59 reached - When you are sent back to Trent, from there you go to Brelin (Starsend regio) making only side quest. There is a nice guide from EvilDoUsHarm describing the route.   I am almost 60 when I reach that region, you get there more then 50% from one level (as long as you are not level 61)

12) When you finished that region you continue questline in Kamasilvia. In most cases I reach level 61 when I come to Tree of wisdom

Essence: Grinding until 56, then a mix of grind and side-quests, following main questline. dont forget: many sidequest improve knowledge, also they count for Rulupees quest log (I have reached almost the 19235 for the 4th enhancing counter)
