Just as the title asks.

I think it's the in-game time not real life but I could be wrong. I just remember repeating the quest again when it was the next day in game. 

It's def not game time.  Daily resets are at specific times.  The PC version is 8pm EST.  I'm just wondering if it is the same here because the quests dont specify.

Well the daily quests didn't reset for me yet so maybe it isn't 4pm PST.  If it is 8pm EST that would be another 1/2hr or so.  I'll report back in a bit.

Seen a few daily quests like calpheon chimneys reset at a self time after completion.

I started my grind around 6 central. Had more pop today then the last few days, maybe some quests are.weekly. I try to keep them all down since I was off this week.

Some daylies have 22hours reset after completing. For example chemni daylies in calpheon
