How do you start this ? I’m level 53 and I did most of my black spirits quest where I only got daily’s and world of knowledge and exalted character 4 ? Do I need to complete these inorder to get he quest? Because every time I try to talk to someone it says I need knowledge for this NPC ? Please help

If you haven't figured it out ill post this for any one who can't.
Go into your quest log, hit rb, select the quest regarding about something to the east. Will take you to Calpheon to talk to one of the leaders.
