Since I can't seem to file a ticket (Invalid Access to This Page. Please try it again later.), I'll log it here. Please help with this issue:

Several of my toons show this Unaccepted quest: [Co-op]  Story of Cron Castle ("[Consec.][Co-op] Story of Cro... 2/2" in quest window). Not all of them, which is weird. Clicking takes me to the skill trainer, Tachros, in Velia. I have: 1) done the precursor quest (Cron's Current Condition) with Alustin (in Velia), 2) Gotten the knowledge from the altar node in the castle, and 3) have >1k amity with Tachros. Tachros has other daily like quests, that I've done, but he still won't give me this one. I've tried going on each character (at least, I think I've tried them all) showing the quest, and none can seem to pick it up.

4 of my characters show it, 3 don't. The ones with are lvl 39, 49, 53, and 47 - the ones without are 22, 50, and 52

I'm having the same issue, One toon with the quest unaccepted and one without the quest.

I too need help with this quest, what exactly do I need to do to complete the quest, I have visited the Cron castle alter node but nothing happens? I have the Cron castle knowledge from tachros? I have the quest still showing in my log as unaccepted co op story of ...2/2? Please help 

Bump I'm also having this issue, I'm playing on the XBOX and cannot complete this quest on any characters.

Also having issues with this quest. I can not forfeit nor complete the quest. I have no clue what to do now.

Having issues with it as well. Went to the altar, was able to use some energy for the chat dialogue, go back to the NPC and nothing.

Level 20 Zerk got this and can not figure out how to get it off my list takes me to skill trainer nothing happens oh and I am on PS4 lol

Exactly the same issue. At this point i don't know if it's me being stupid or what. Other character didn't seem to get this issue...

Add me to the list as well. I play on xbox and it is on my list. In the meantime though I been ignoring it and doing other quests. 

Obviously the devs don't care as this has been ongoing for months now...

In a response to a ticked I submitted I got told that it is a know issue. However the GM proceeded telling me that they suggest me taking the quest once I hit lvl 50. Hello? The reason I submitted the ticked was because I cannot? -.-" jeez

?? this issue has been known on pc since 2 years ago at least and never been answered/removed or solved. D3vs care for your money and not the broken game

PS4 is having this issue and I wonder if devs even take a look at forums as this issue has not been resolved and its been around for years. Hopefully they fix it soon since I hate having unfinished quests in my questlog

just finshed quest went back to cron castle after abondon n reaccepting quest gave me an option to spend 5 engery for knowledge on statue . quest completed.. hope this helps.         p.s. did it on my 56 witch

I'm stuck on this quest too. I can't "accept it", which means I can't abandon/forfeit it either. I have gotten the knowledge from the node masters (Beetle and the Altar), talked to Emma, Alustin and Igor, done all other quests given me attaining to Cron castle, and yet Tachros STILL won't "give me" this quest, even though it's sitting in my quest log as "unaccepted".

I'm stick in a position in that I am already 56 and chose to do the story quest later. Now I get to the cron castle storyline and it is bugged during the ritual. After doing what appears to be the ritual in the quest I ports me out. I attempted to go back in where I got stuck with nowhere to go. I then proceeded to jump down and tried giving up and re accepting the quest. But now I am stuck with an unambiguous septet quest called "The Disappearance of the Vengeful Spirit". This unaccepted quest is now stopping me from doing anything else in the storyline. 

I already solved this quest month ago. With the latest update, the quest came back on a twink and is now shown and unsolvable on all my characters.

Since the start of the PS4 version, the quality of the XBox version is getting worse and worse. Seems like, PE is not interested in any XBox players anymore ?

Actually I figured out an easy fix and I did it with 3 characters (61 Ninja, 61 Witch, and 58 Tamer to finish left over quests in the area) the other day to make sure. The castle cron quests keep continuing even after the main quest with the giant NPC instructor next to the weapon smith in Velia. If you finish all the Castle Cron quests with that NPC the quest 2/2 log line goes away and shows completed.

I was able to complete the quest by going to the library in Calpheon. Talked to the NPC girl with the knowledge information stuff, and bought “Fall of Cron Castle”. When I got back Velia, I wasn’t expecting it to be completed, but it was. I hope this helps you guys out.

yay a fix  I was having same issue will give it a try 

Go to character profile and enable all quest types. For some reason the 2/2 is not a general quest. Talk to the skill trainer and he will complete it. But you have to have all quest types enabled.

Edit. I completed it prior on another character so I already had the knowledge. Not sure if that makes a difference also.

100% FIX - Enable 'Recurring Quests' in your ingame profile and you can reaccept the quest at Tachros (skill trainer) in Velia
