I am looking at completing the inventory expansion quests but they are not showing as an option when I visit the NPC. I have made sure my quest filter is set to all so that is not the issue. So far the Crio and Sandfish and the tech quests not showing when I chat with NPC. Even though they are options in the quest log and I can navigate to the npc.

This is happening to me for Claus and Jarette at the western guard camp, also my ranger has one slot less than my witch. Not including any slots I got through the event or pearl shop and no more inventory quests.

To help with Crio, you need to visit the kid near him and activate the quest to buy a fishing rod, then you can accept that. Techthon and Clei or whatever their name is, their inventory quests cancel each other out. You do one or the other. 

Apparently without the value pack you're supposed to have 55 slots but my ranger would have 54 so I dunno what is happening today. These quests worked fine on my other 4 characters. 

for me i can choose only claus or jarette quest, when i accept one quest  other dissapear even from quest list

They want you to buy more with real money for each toon

There are specific things you need to do and specific quests you have to complete to get some of them to populate. 

You also need to make sure quest types are enabled in your profile under the quests tab
