So i have been playing this game for about 3 or 4 weeks now. And the game keeps crashing more and more. The game is sometimes almost unplayable when it is buzzy on the servers. Although i live in a city and have great wifi and network connections this game just keeps crashing every 5 minutes it will log off and log in again. So i have been searching and some people say you have to delete your safe data or delete your main character if you stopped using it. But i want this solved on pearl abyss's end. I have seen ubisoft make this mistake with for honor, i would hate to see pearl abyss do the same, it is such a great game so please dont cut short on you server and internet connection. Invest in it like i invested a 150 euro for a game that i love to play. It would be nice if it worked correctly... Thanks

Yeah.....I've not once had this issue. It's not on PA's end.

I'm playing every day since release on EU servers, which are mostly also very crowded in the evening. The game never crashed once for me. Also the network is fine.

The only thing I see every day in crowded areas like the bigger cities is, that the textures are loading very slow and the players are popping up very late.

I'm playing Black Desert on XBox One X with an external SSD. I'm also deleting the console cache one or two times per month. Have you tried to re-install the game or deleting the console cache? This very often helps to solve game problems.

Press and hold the power button on the XBox One, until the console shuts down. After starting the console, the booting will take a little bit longer because it clears the cache.
