Not being a xbox fan boy but it is doubtful. I sold my PS4 and bought Xbox One X due to sheer hardware advantage and, since xbox one x has problems to display 60 fps all the time, I doubt that weaker PS4 pro will. 

In reality, 60fps mode on Xbox One X works poorly..cities, world bosses, and Abandoned Iron Mine perform mediocre, not to say terrible. 

Just like most other games I would imagine PA will have a different quality setting for ps4 than xbox. If you google most games between the consoles devs always lower the graphics on ps4 to match xbox fps.

wait but didnt AC unity lower its graphic on Playstation because Xbox couldn't keep up and having the game work better on one console or the other would have caused industry strife?

It's extremely hard to tell the difference but if you venture over to youtube the comparisons that are side by side you can see most games are slightly different not much but enough to keep both systems running butter smooth ?

Well it does but I would say that 30%-40% of time the game goes below 60fps. 

Are we comparing the original xbox or xbox x. The xbox x don't have the memory issues that the original xbox had plus better hardware, so should be more capable than the original PS4 certainly @ 4k.

Xbox One handle the game in 30 fps, XOX in 60. We interested in XOX/PS4Pro comparisons

My client is optimized. There are grind areas where fps if funky. I'm taking about visible and constant "non-60fps"  performance during grind. I don't suffer from invisible walls etc. 

If other people enjoy painless 60 fps on one X then maybe its due to my 43 inch  fullHD LED being from 2015? I'm not sure.

One thing I can think of and do not hold me to it... Maybe they installed a SSD? Ssds can help smooth out the low end fps. So in other words the drops in fps and as for screensize.. Screensize doesnt matter. 21inch 1080p or 80inch 1080p same framerate. Pixel amount does not change. Fps is hit when you go from 1080p to 4k more pixels to load.

So the verdict is that x1x is 60 fps

Not stable 30-60, somtime 20 at big fight like world boss or node war 

With the optimazions in the menu. I'm sure it could be stable

World bosses aside. The game bounces back and forth 30-60. That's my experience since 1st of March. 

I do have to say that small grind spots as well as indoor grind spots perform exceptionally but there are some which are horrid.

Could be but they not. Mayby next gener. Ps5/ New xbox 60fps+
