Hello Everyone, 

I tried to simple cooking the stonetail fooder ( I know the recipe)

but for some reason.. it wont let me.. I even switch to my artisan cook alt but it still cant cook it.
 

is there any skill level require to able to craft this item?

? Stonetail Fodder can only be made when the roar of a Dream Horse is heard throughout the world.
 

T9 and even t8 horses arent ingame yet
