Which classes can heal themselves and pvp at same time for launch? And is ranger or sorceress capable of self heal?

Witch and Wizard can self heal but they are kind of movement deprived, but they have the best self heal of all the classes.  Sorc has two skills that self heal, but really bloody calamity is the winner.  Just hit space after night crow.  That skill is on a long cooldown.  Mark of shadow is meh for healing.  Ranger has zero sustain what so ever.  You will have to put healing crystals in her weapon to get any kind of healing whatsoever.  She is also mana hungry so you will have to either make a choice with mana or health regen crystals in weapon slots.  Zerker has self heals as well and can pvp too.  I would place him second on self healing, just watch out when grab classes come lol. 

Ranger has no reliable healing from skills.
I don't know anything about warriors but all of the other starter classes do have healing skills.
