Hi people,

anyone know how to trade in the silver keys? I tried it yesterday, but the npc dont give me an option to trade in my keys to get the GOLDEN KEY.
Is this in game so far or just not implemented right now?

Maybe you should suggest to delete the tooltips of serveral items and questgivers which showing up ingame like elephant quest tooltip (spending 10 mil for Villa but no quest available) or the silverkeys if you cant trade them for what they meant for?

Yes im curious about the 100 silver keys for golden key thing also. 

The golden key is part of an event. We had the event a few months ago. You turn the keys into an NPC for golden keys in order to open random special chests around the map. As you may know, I am new to Pearl Abyss. That being said, there may be different key events besides the one I participated in, but I'm not sure. I also don't know of one scheduled in the future. I find that most players are holding on to their keys for when the next event happens, or selling them on the central market in order to buy other items.

why is this a event item? EventItems are always listed as [EVENT], I also can click ( X ) on the keys and the game starts auto-pathing to the npc (which dont give  me a quest or something like that).

Also you are talking about events a few months ago - I dont know if we are talking about the same platform - PS4.

For me it isnt clear what you can do in the game right now or what you cant do. If I search google for a while i can find 100 of posts about silverkey exchange issues. So most of them, even communicated via a GM (GM Dew) from BDO community (PC) said:

Gharlane had the same issue.

But activating all Quest still doesnt work on ps4... so it's a event or it's a quest? Is it buggy or is it not in the game right now?

 You are correct! You didn't have an event, it was in fact xbox. I have been jumping back and forth on this forum all day and got my channels mixed. Thanks for clarifying for me I'll test it right now and see if I can get it figured out. Sometimes in order to activate quests with NPC's you have to have a certain amount of amity. That could be the possible issue. I am turning my console on know and I'll get right beck to you

I was unable to make keys as well on xbox and on ps4. I'll inquire about it with headquarters this evening

If it isn't in game yet, I'll suggest that it be added. I also went to multiple spots where the golden boxes spawn and didn't find any. Were you able to find any ?

No I werent able to find any boxes but thats only cause i dont looked for them :D. There is no point for me to look for golden boxes without a golden key right?

Getting back to this (the info to be able to exchange this is pc info) It is not yet ingame for xbox or ps4. (this was mentioned in 2019 februari and no update since) I think it is really bad how pearl abyss informs his own admins. As on PC you can do this without an event

so almost 2 years later it's still not in-game on console?
