Do a research before posting. Value pack reduces the MP tax, it doesn't remove it completely so it is not a bug.

The tax with VP is smaller, approx. 16% - someone needs to correct me on exact percentage here though.

It's 35% tax. Value pack gives you an extra 30% to the amount you collect. This means with a value pack you get 84.5% of sale price.

1,170,000 × 171= 200,070,000

I received around a 130,000,000 which means I'm missing 70,000,000 which is 35% of 200,000,000 which means I did not receive the full sale price.

Do some research before you reply next time.

For items missing from a personal account i.e. your active value pack not working on your account, I always suggest submitting a ticket to customer services. They have the ability to access your account.

If you have a VP you should receive ~85% of the sale value. 

How does the 30% bonus to Marketplace sales collection amount work?

When collecting sales money from an item that was sold on the marketplace, you will receive an additional 30% on top of those sales money. Note: this bonus is 30% of the final sales amount that you normally receive, not the original sale price that you listed it for. Taxes are still applied.

For example, let's say you list an item on the marketplace for 1000 silver. When selling it, 35% taxes will be applied and the amount of silver you can collect will be 650 silver.
With the Value Pack buff, you will gain an extra 30% on that 650 silver. This means that you will now receive 845 silver (650 x 1,3).
So you are intended to receive 84.5% of your original listing price with the Value Pack buff.

Please note that the amount in red after selling an item, still shows the price with the full tax deducted. However, when you actually collect the silver, it will display the higher and correct amount. This is the amount you receive.

The Value Pack tax buff does not affect Pearl items that are bought from the Marketplace and resold. Pearl items purchased directly from the Pearl Shop will gain the benefit of the Value Pack tax buff when sold on the Marketplace. Pearl Items collected in other means (ex. website sale, included with package) will not have the bonus applied. It will also not apply to any horses sold through the horse market.

So I guess I just didnt recieve the bonus money Idk I submitted a ticket but they blew it off. So idk ????????

i think I got proofed right. Next time if you post a topic please be more specific, your example is nice to know for people who want to help you mate. Like Valtarra said it could be a possibility, that your VP isnt active or bugged atm. For your example:

1,170,000 x 171 = 200,070,000

--> 200,070,000   x   0,65   =   130,045,500

----------------------------------------------> amount you get without an active VP

--> 130,045,500   x   1,3   =   169,059,150

---------------------------------------------> amount you get with active VP

--> 169,059,150   -   130,045,500   =   39,013,650

---------------------------------------------> amount you are missing (if your VP was active atm)

So for your ticket, my experience says, that you dont get an answer within 2-3 weeks. I hope the best for you!

If you collect sales through the bdo app you only get 65 even with a value pack. It's a bug I think they are aware of.
