Hello I can not get the npc to give me this quest. It's my last inventory expansion quest. I have gathering skilled 6 I have the knowledge "chopping " I even have the knowledge to make the cedar  and birch planks . The only requirements I know of are gathering beginner atleast 1% and knowledge of chopping. So my question is, is this quest bugged? Or am I missing something?

I play on xbox but I think I know the problem. You must activate (under my info) the quests in the quest menu its a talent quest. Activate all kind of quests and after this you will see the quest.

Oh poo I forgot to include that in my original  post I have all the types of quests activated  i did that day one So it's  not that but good try. I will deactivate  all the different types of quests (except for the black spirit quest box of course since that is permanent) and reactivate them all and see if that works tomorrow morning in about 6 hours from now n  I'll repost the result

Apparently I don't have chopping beginner  knowledge, even though I  have chopped down birch n cedar and made planks with them they are yellow  in my knowledge log under chopping. I need to do this quest "Working the ash tree" quest that you can get to NPC Lebyos. Thank you GM Fadus
