I bought the new Legendary Items pack from the PS store but never received it in game. All o get is "Failed to update the payment info". I was charged for the purchase and I've restarted several times. I also submitted a ticket. It's been THREE DAYS and no response, still haven't received my purchase. At this point I feel like $50 was stolen from me. Help!!

 thank you for responding, but no. My problem has absolutely NOT been fixed. It's been EIGHT DAYS since I purchased the Legendary Items pack and a pack of Pearls. My mail STILL says Failed to update the payment info. I can't make any cash purchases, my Kama Blessing expired and I missed the sale due to this issue. Now we have an awesome refresh of the Pearl Shop and I can't buy squat because my mail is bricked. It's just frustrating, I wish we at least had an estimate of when it will be fixed. 

Same problem but I received the legendary pack and then disappeared from my storage....not only me also happened with my friends and my brother  but nothing until now.

Please fix this issue.

It's so bizarre seeing this post. It had only been 3 days. Not to be the bearer of bad news, but it has now been almost THREE WEEKS since I purchased it and a pack of Pearl's but still don't have them. I've had to watch as sales and limited items pass through the shop and there's nothing I can do and it appears no really cares that bad. For my own sanity let me know if this gets fixed for you.

I bought it 2019/12/7 , they replied me and I just have to wait. try to create a ticket on blackdesert console support wish you best luck!

I've had a ticket submitted for 3 weeks. Its says "pending".

I received mine today as well. Just in time for holiday break I guess.

I did received the items after the update, but i still have the message error "Failed to update the payment info" and I'm unable to buy more perls from the shop. I try to buy 9.99 after the update but i never received the perls, and the message of error is present each time i go to the perl shop or refresh the mail. I open several tickets but so far is still not fixed.

To be honest that's weird, I purchased 6000 Pearl's and I received it after restarting my game, there is a lot of bugs these days

Try to restart your game or ps4 and check.

Yesterday I spoke too soon. My Legendary Items pack was delivered, but I tried to buy more Pearls so I could get a few things before they leave the pearl shop, but I still get the failed to updated payment info too. So yea, lots of bugs.

Well, today after the update 1.22 I got my pearls. I still see the message "Failed to update payment info", it disappears after I get the pearls from the mail, that is one point.

On another point I try again to buy pearls, but I did it directly on the PlayStation store with the black desert application close, when I log in back in the game, I saw the message again "Failed to update payment info" but the pearls were delivery in the mail. So I think maybe it's better to do it directly at the PlayStation store for the moment.

Reset ps4 to factory settings 

Re download the game but only the standar edition
