We have confirmed that the benefits of the Secret Book of Old Moon item was not correctly applied after the maintenance on March 4th.

This issue will be resolved during the maintenance on March 11th, and all users who have used the item after March 4th will be compensated by having their buffs extended or being provided with a new Secret Book of Old Moon based on your used item. 

Please note that usage of all Secret Book of Old Moon items is currently blocked and the product is removed from the Pearl Shop until March 11th.
