Notices [Notice] Issue regarding Season Level Up Challenge Rewards

Adventurers, 

 

We are aware that players are having issues with the Season Level Up Challenges. 

 

Season Character Lv. 59, Lv. 60 Rewards (PEN (V) Tuvala Ring, PEN (V) Tuvala Earring) cannot be obtained through challenges when reaching the required levels. 

 

This issue will be resolved following the September 14th maintenance (UTC+1). Adventurers who have reached the level requirements prior to the maintenance will also be able to obtain the rewards through the challenges after the maintenance. 

 

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
