- Winners will be announced on the official website and be notified by e-mail on January 25th. However, the announcement schedule can change due to internal circumstances.
- Winners will be asked to submit a “Consent to Collection and Usage of Personal Information” within the deadline and method (directed in the email to said winners). If the document is not submitted, said Adventurer will be ineligible for their prize.
- If an event prize exceeds 50,000 KRW, Pearl Abyss will bear the cost of public taxes. In such a case, you will need to submit the documents required for the payment of public taxes. If you fail to submit the required documents, Pearl Abyss may not be able to ship the event prizes. Instructions on how to submit the required documents will be provided individually.
- The number of winners can be changed depending on the amount of participants.
- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise given for the event.
- In order to ship event prizes, we will need to collect the shipment information of winners, which will require the agreement of the winners.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change prizes with a different prize of similar value without prior notice.
- If your account is restricted for violating the Operational Policy before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
- Winners cannot transfer their win to another Adventurer nor can they ask for something other than the designated prize.
