Exchange Cloud or Capotia accessories for different parts

The Old Moon Guild are exchanging items to adventurers who will help them in the future.
Added a quest where you can exchange a PEN (V) Capotia accessory, TRI (III), TET (IV), and PEN (V) Cloud accessory for a different accessory of the same grade once per day.
You can accept the quest from the Old Moon Guild Manager Jetina.
Use the Find NPC feature to easily find Jetina's location.

This item is used to perform PEN (V) guaranteed enhancement on a TET (IV) Capotia accessory that was obtained from PEN (V) Capotia accessory exchange quest.
