① On January 27th (UTC), an email will be sent to the email that is registered in your linked account.
- If you did not receive your email, please check your spam/junk.
- If you cannot check your spam/junk, please contact the [Support Center]!
- Please make sure to follow the instructions and fill out the “Collection and Use of Personal Information” form provided in the email.
② Winners must submit their “Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement” form until February 6th 11:59 PM (UTC) as stated in the email.
- Failing to submit forms within the submission period may result in cancellation of winning the event.
- If you do not select a prize, one will be sent at random based on what was won.
③ Delivery will begin after verifying the submitted “Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement” form and other documents.
Additional Notices
- Your prizes cannot be transferred or ceded to another person. Prizes cannot be exchanged into other products of similar financial value.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. Any changes to the event will be made on this page.
- If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service agreement before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
- Pearl Abyss needs the delivery information of the winner in order to make delivery on the prizes but requires your consent to proceed.
- The event prize(s) may be exchanged to a different product without notice varying on the situation at the time.
