Greetings, Adventurers.
As of July 19th, 08:59 PDT, all servers as well as the Central Market can be accessed normally.
Once again, we apologize for the urgency of the maintenance and the lack of advance notice to our Adventurers, as we needed to perform it as quickly as possible to normalize our live services
We have currently resolved the issue with the affected software program, and access to the game has been restored.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to Adventurers by this sudden issue and urgent maintenance.

The emergency maintenance on the [NA] server was completed on July 19 at 05:45 PDT.
All servers, except the following, can be accessed normally:

- Serendia-2
- Calpheon-1
- Florin(XB)-2
Due to internal cirmcunstances, please note that the Central Market cannot be accessed at the moment.
We will inform you on our official website once the issue is resolved and the access is restored.

- Claim Period: Until July 26, 2024 (Fri) 23:59 (UTC)

- If your character died due to this issue, destroyed crystals and lost EXP will be restored on July 24, 2024 (Wed)

The emergency maintenance on the [EU] server was completed on July 19 at 8:20 (UTC). We are currently working on normalizing the ASIA and NA servers, and we're doing our best to restore them as soon as possible.
During the investigation of the Black Desert server instability issue that occurred at around 5:30 (UTC) prior to the emergency maintenance, we identified a global simultaneous failure of a software program that was being used.
We apologize for the urgency of the maintenance and the lack of advance notice to our Adventurers, as we needed to perform it as quickly as possible to normalize our live services.
We have currently resolved the issue with the affected software program, and access to the game has been restored.
