- Adventurers selected as winners have been sent the “Collection and Use of Personal Information Agreement” form.

*Please check the email address address that was used to enter Gleam Contest.

- Winners must submit their “Collection and Use of Personal Information” form until October 5th (Fri) 23:59 (UTC). Failing to submit forms within the submission period may result in cancellation of winning the event.

*Winner will not be able to choose prize options such as color or other product details. Please note that these will be chosen for the winners.

- Please remember to check your Spam Inbox if you cannot find the notice email regarding the event.

*If you wish to receive the email again, please submit a ticket until October 5th (Fri) 23:59 (UTC).

- Your prizes cannot be transferred or ceded to another person. Prizes cannot be exchanged into other products of similar financial value.

- Delivery will begin after verifying the submitted “Collection and Use of Personal Information Agreement” form and other documents.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. Any changes to the event will be made on this page.

- If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service agreement before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.

- Pearl Abyss needs the delivery information of the winner in order to make delivery on the prizes but requires your consent to proceed.

- The event prize(s) may be exchanged to a different product without notice varying on the situation at the time.
