Thank you for playing Black Desert. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however, sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert:

1. There is an issue where you cannot withdraw contribution points from Western Guard Camp if you connect to any near nodes.

2. There is an issue where a short delay occurs when you gather resources when your gathering level is above level 10.

3. There is an issue where a sudden screen freeze occurs when you obtain geographical knowledge.

4. There is an issue where a lag occurs when you check information of a node in the world map.
5. There is a known issue where the descriptions of some of the maid products do not match the actual effects.

6. There is an issue where in certain circumstances, the camera will break and act erratically.

[Resolved Issues]

1. There is a known issue where the Pearl Ship item "Nutritious Feed x30" description incorrectly states that 30 hunger is recovered instead of 60.

2. There is a known issue where the amount of Valks' Crys and Cron Stones than can be extracted from each piece of equipment in the Set Details section of the Pearl Shop.

3. There is a known issue where when creating a character name, the character name field states that the max letters allowed is 15 when it should instead be 12.

4. There is an issue where abnormal server lists are shown in Red Battle Field server list. (NA Server Only)

5. There is an issue where an NPC in the quest line "For What Does the Bell Toll"does not appear.
