* Like the last Heidel Ball, selected Adventurers will be responsible for all travel and accommodation costs.
- Up to 30 Adventurers worldwide will have the opportunity for the event.

1. What can I expect if I am invited to Black Desert : A Decade of Adventures?
- Enjoy special Black Desert announcements and the bustling event in person at Suwon Messe in Korea. You will also be provided with special event merchandise, an exclusive feast, and more!
- Besides the venue event, we're also hoping to plan other exciting activities for attending Adventurers!
2. How will travel and accommodation expenses handled if I am invited to Black Desert : A Decade of Adventures?
- Please note travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense.
3. Do I need to obtain travel visas for entry into South Korea?
- Please make sure to check with your country or region's local authorities regarding travel to South Korea. You can also refer to KOREA VISA PORTAL website for more detailed entry information.
- Those eligible to enter Korea without a separate visa must have their K-ETA approved before boarding transport.
4. Can I bring a +1?
- Adventurers selected for the event can bring a +1 to the event. However, please note that your +1 will not be able to receive the full set of event merchandise due to limited availability.
5. When will I learn if I am selected for the event?
- Adventurers selected for the event will be contacted within 2 weeks after the application period ends.
6. How do I get to the venue on the day of the event?
- If you're selected for the event, you'll receive our recommended travel itinerary, a ‘how to get there’ guide, and any other information needed for you to attend.
7. Can I give my entry to my friend if I can't attend?
- If you are selected for the event, you cannot give or sell your entry opportunity to someone else.
