Adventurers,

We have confirmed that some adventurers rewards were not paid correctly in the ‘Buy Pearl Boxes to Get Rewards’ event between August 21st to September 4th. As a result, the rewards which were sent on September 5th were incorrectly sent to users.

We are incredibly sorry for this issue, and will be sending rewards to all adventurers to even the playing field.

Those who participated in the ‘Buy Pearl Boxes to Get Rewards’ will receive additional event rewards based on the number of times they entered.

Example: 

1. If you did not purchase anything during the events, you will receive 2x Peach Flower Coronet and 2x Box of Gratitude. 
2. If you participated in the first event only, you will receive 3x Peach Flower Coronet and 3x Box of Gratitude
3. If you participated in both events, you will receive 4x Peach Flower Coronet and 4x Box of Gratitude.

We are once again incredibly sorry for sending these rewards, and we are thankful for your understanding in this matter.
