We are aware that we did not correctly explain the functionality of pets whose appearance and size increase as their tiers increase.

For pets which have this function, when you use the Pet Exchange to tier them up, you select the pet you wish to size up first, and then for the appearance section you should select the question mark appearance as shown in the image.



This will cause your pet to grow as it tiers up. 

You can get the correct size back by using the ‘Pet Appearance Change Coupon’ which is available in the Pearl Store. For those users who have exchanged their pets already and made the mistake of selecting the appearance of the pet will be receiving a ‘Pet Appearance Change Coupon’ for each of the pets so that you can select the appropriate appearance for your pet. These coupons will be sent October 2nd.
