There are some cases where adventurers are not receiving our newsletters through their email. This means that news about our latest releases and coupon codes for items are not being received.

When we send the email, we get an error code stating that the email did not pass the validation process. This is usually when people have signed up to the newsletter with a school or company email. When these emails have been sent, if you do not receive them you will be unable to receive the items that were given to everyone.

If you wish to keep up with the latest news for Black Desert, or receive possible coupon codes in the future, please try signing up with a regular email account such as gmail, hotmail or yahoo, etc. and do not forget to do account linking.
