Daylight savings end time is just around the corner, and due to the way we have to apply data to the game to change the times of timed events (World Boss/Node War) means that the changes will be applied in a coming update. This will create a bit of a messy transition between time zone changes, but hopefully we can explain it thoroughly.

EUROPE
Daylight savings end time will come into effect on October 27th. We will be releasing an update changing timed events to their regular times on October 30th. This means between October 27th and October 30th, all timed events will be 1 hour earlier than usual. Once the update has been released and the times have been changed, all timed events will return to their pre-Daylight Savings End times.

Sunday ~ Friday, 6:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM UTC+0

Siege War Time
Saturday 6:00 PM ~ 10:00 PM UTC+0

Tax Wagon
Saturday 4:00 PM UTC+0

World Boss Spawn Times
World Bosses will spawn at the following times:

North America
As North America changes their time at a different time to Europe, Daylight Savings end will have the opposite effect. All timed events for the North America servers will be 1 hour later than usual between October 30th until the clocks change November 3. Once Daylight savings have ended, all times will return to normal for all of America except Arizona and Hawaii, who due to not observing daylight savings will always have their spawns 1 hour earlier than usual.
