Due to a technical error yesterday, a significant amount of silver was sent to the mailbox of all NA server players. We’re going to be removing the silver gained from that mail, and sending another mail for all players on every server with a 100G Gold Bar attatched (10,000,000 Silver). We are sorry for the issue that occured, and will be approaching future messages with more care.
We apologize for any inconvenience players had with this mail, and the uncertainty about what was happening to the silver was something that we should have attempted to address earlier. We will continue to improve the service that players can expect from the Black Desert GM Team.

Note:
- Players on NA/EU/ASIA will receive an in-game mail containing a 100G Gold Bar.
- Players who already accepted the silver from the erroneous mail had that silver removed from their Central Market Wallet during the maintenance, and will still receive the 100G Gold Bar. If you had less than the silver that was given, your account will roll into negative figures.
- A Gold Bar obtained through this mail can be redeemed at Storage Managers in towns and cities.
